Part 1: Phrasal Verbs


Part 1: Phrasal Verbs. Which verbs can you replace with phrasal verbs?  Draw a line through them and write a phrasal verb from the list. Be careful!  Sometimes you’ll need to cross out more than just the verb.  And make sure you use the correct tense.

7.     After his father died, the boy started spending time with the wrong people, and he quickly changed into a little thug. ( , matón/bruto, банди́т/головоре́з)
        >> and he quickly turned into a little thug.
