= I think I’m starting to get sick.
I’m feeling under the weather. = I am ill.

1.   to ache = to hurt   My body aches all over.
2.   to have a(n)  ___ache. , 疼痛, dolor, боль
     I have a headache.
     I have an earache.
     I have a toothache.
     I have a stomachache.      wrong: a stomache
     I have a backache.
3.   the chills  觉得冷颤, Me siento frío y tiemblo, Я чувствую холод и я дрожу

     I have the chills. (=I feel cold and I'm shivering.)
4.   a cough, to cough  咳 嗽, toser,  кашлять
     I have a cough. I can’t stop coughing.
5.   to advise someone (not) to do something
     He advised me to eat more green vegetables.
     劝告, 忠告, aconsejar, рекомендова́ть           
     She advised him not to eat so much junk food.
6.   to give someone some advice (noun)                               
     She gave me some good advice.                    
      忠 告, consejos, совет                                                          
     wrong:  She gave a good advice.
7.   to perspire = to sweat (perspiration)  
     I’m perspiring.  I’m sweating.   
     出汗, 流汗, transpirar, потеть
8.   raw = 摩 擦 得 疼 的 , en carne viva, свежий
       very red and painful, especially when you      
     My throat is raw.
     swallow (吞咽, tragar, глотать)
9.   to run    runny = adjective                      
     My nose is running. I have a runny nose. 
     流 鼻 涕 的 , que moquea , сопливый                                                    
10. to sneeze  , estornudar,  чихать 
     When I get a cold, I usually start sneezing
     Excuse me, I think I’m going to sneeze.
11. sore  疼痛的, 发炎的, dolorido, боля́чка    
     I have a sore throat.
12. stuffy, stuffed up = congested          
     I have a stuffy nose. 
      我 鼻 子 堵 了, taponado, у меня заложен нос   
     My nose is stuffed up.
13. plugged up = blocked (for ears)             
     My ears are plugged up.
     受阻, 阻挠, bloqueado, блокированный
14. a temperature, a fever                     
     She has a low (or low-grade) temperature.
     发 烧,  fiebre, calentura, жар                         
     I have a high temperature/fever. 
15. to water  watery (adjective)               
     My eyes are watering.  I have watery eys.    
         , llorarle los ojos, слезиться
16.      to have an operation or to have surgery      
        手术外科手术, operación, cirugía, операция
