Roland's New House, must not vs, don't have to

Read about Roland.  http://level5.podomatic.com 5-4083094ap1
Roland just bought a new house, which he is remodeling. (重新设计)  He’s going to move in around the end of October. The house is modern (新式的), and it has three levels. On the first level, there’s a garage and an in-law apartment (a small apartment for a relative or housekeeper). The living room, dining room, kitchen, and library are on the second level. There’s a bathroom on the second level, too. On the third floor are the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The exterior (outside) of the building is stucco (饰用的灰泥, la pared de estuco) and wood. The neighborhood is very nice. The house is on a hill near Dolores Park, and it gets a lot of sun. Often when it is foggy in other parts of the city, it is still sunny at his house.

There are two little old ladies who live across the street from Roland. Although 尽管, aunque) they are over 90, they still (仍然, sigue) do all their housework and take care of their yards. They both have beautiful rose gardens, which Roland can see from his living room window. Whenever (any time,   ,  siempre cuando) they see Roland, they invite him to sit down and chat in their gardens. He thinks they are wonderful.                                                                                                                                                                 Something that Roland doesn’t like very much about his new place is that it isn’t very close to many Muni lines. He can take the J-Church, but then he has to walk up a very steep ( , empinado, escarpado) hill for 3 blocks. Also, although it is a very sunny location, it is very windy in the late afternoon. It’s much windier than where he lives right now.

Answer these questions about Roland’s new place. Write short answers.
1.   Is Roland going to stay in his present house? No, he isn't.
2.   Is he going to change anything in his new house?  Yes, he is.
